Ande Frazier is the CEO and Editor in Chief of myWorth LLC, a media company inspiring women to take control of their money by breaking down the emotional, behavioral and societal barriers that prevent them from building strong financial foundations.
Ande began her more-than-25-year career as a financial adviser but quickly realized that traditional planning methods didn’t account for how much emotions factor into financial decision making. Wanting to do things differently, she left her early practice and developed an expertise in behavioral finance.
In her subsequent years educating other advisers and consumers, she saw again and again that conventional wisdom about women and money was flawed: It’s not women’s finances that determine their self-worth. It’s women’s sense of self-worth that determines their finances. And like that, a new philosophy was born.
Today, myWorth is a place where thousands of women regularly visit, learn, and grow. Just like Ande, the site shows no signs of slowing.
In addition to her many accreditations, Ande served as the head of a multi-million-dollar fintech company and as VP of a major insurance company. She earned numerous awards and honors including being named one of Bristol’s “Who’s Who Among Distinguished Professionals and Executives” and “Top 100 in Finance for 2019 and Top 50 Women of 2019 by Top 100 Magazine. Ande is active within the industry serving as a member of several financial associations as well as a board member for a NY Insurance Company. She lives in New York with her husband and two children.
